Permitting Process

Pre-Application Conference

A pre-application meeting is required before submitting for Site Plan Review.  Meetings are requested through the Online Permitting Portal.

Step 1: Site Plan Review

After the pre-application meeting, submit your Site Plan Review application through the Online Permitting Portal. Once approved, you’ll receive an approved site plan and a letter outlining the permits and approvals needed to move forward.

Step 2: Related Permits and Approvals

Apply for any additional permits identified in Step 1, which may include road access, addressing, septic, fire access, water availability, or others.

Step 3: Building Permit Application

When notified, submit your building permit application with all required documents listed in the Commercial Plans – Submittal Checklist.
