Concealed Pistol License
A Concealed Pistol License (CPL) is a license provided by and regulated by the State of Washington. Paper applications will no longer be accepted and you can now apply online.
Requirements
The following requirements must be met to obtain a Concealed Pistol License:
- You must be 21 years of age or older
- You must be a citizen of the United States
- You must reside in Grays Harbor County or be a non-resident of Washington State
- You need to have picture ID (a Washington State Driver's License or ID card is preferred)
- You must have no convictions prohibiting possession of firearms
If you reside in an incorporated city within the county, we highly recommend you apply at your local Police Department.
Fee Structure
The following fee structure will apply and be due at the time of application:
- Fee of $48.00 for an original application
- Fee of $32.00 for a renewal application
- Fee of $42.00 for a late renewal application
- Fee of $10.00 for replacement of lost or damaged permit
- Fee of $6.00 for a convenience fee for each application
- Fee of $2.10 for a Credit/Debit transaction

Important Notes
Applications for original issuance of a CPL, will require a fingerprint appointment following the application submission. Fingerprint appointments must be completed within 60 days of application or will be refunded less the convenience and credit/debit fees.
Applications for renewal issuance of a CPL, you may apply within 90 days BEFORE or AFTER the expiration date. Renewals can be applied for by a resident in Grays Harbor County, within the 90 day period, and regardless of original issuance agency.
