How We Serve the Public

Our goal is to keep Grays Harbor County a safe place to live, work, and visit. We provide law enforcement, corrections, and support services with professionalism, integrity, and respect for the community.  Sheriff Darrin Wallace leads the Sheriff’s Office and is responsible for maintaining public safety across the county. Under Washington State law (RCW 36.28.010), the Sheriff serves as the county’s chief law enforcement officer.
