How Payroll Works

Payroll is processed on a regular schedule. Departments submit employee time and leave, and Payroll Services reviews and processes payments, including taxes and deductions.  Employees receive pay through the county’s payroll system, with records maintained for reporting and compliance.

Payroll Services supports employees and departments by ensuring pay is accurate and timely. The team also answers questions, resolves issues, and maintains payroll records.

Pay Schedule: Employees are paid on a biweekly regular schedule.

Pay Records: Pay stubs and records are available by contacting Payroll Services.

Payroll Questions or Issues: If you notice an issue with your paycheck, contact Payroll Services as soon as possible.
