The Court’s mission is to facilitate justice in our county with efficiency, understanding, and respect. The Court works to make sure everyone is treated fairly and has access to an impartial legal process. It also strives to uphold the law while recognizing the unique needs of the Grays Harbor community.

How We Help
District Court provides fair and timely justice while helping people understand their rights and responsibilities. The goal is to make the legal process clear, respectful, and accessible for everyone in the community. Our office manages cases such as traffic infractions, small claims disputes, protection orders, and misdemeanor criminal cases. The court also oversees probation and specialized programs like DUI Court.
New Case Management System Coming May 4, 2026
Grays Harbor District Court will begin using a new case management system (CLJ-CMS) starting May 4, 2026.
This system will make it easier to:
- View case information
- Schedule hearings
- File documents electronically (eFiling)
