The Board of County Commissioners is the elected governing body of Grays Harbor County. The Board sets county policy, adopts laws and budgets, and oversees county services that support our communities.

What Does the Board Do?
The Board of County Commissioners:
- Sets county laws, policies, and priorities
- Approves the county budget
- Oversees county departments and programs
- Appoints members to boards and committees
- Holds public meetings where residents can speak
The Board consists of three elected Commissioners, each serving a four-year term and representing one of three population-based districts in which they must reside at the time of election.
