What the Clerk's Office Does
The Clerk’s Office supports the Superior Court and serves the public by:

Filing and maintaining official Superior Court records

Collecting and managing court fees, fines, child support, restitution, and other court-ordered funds

Processing protection orders, appeals, and other court documents

Coordinating jury service

Providing public access to court records
The Clerk’s Office is a separate elected office. This helps protect fairness and public trust in the court system
