The Superior Court Clerk’s Office is committed to supporting the fair and timely administration of justice. We treat every person with respect and professionalism while working to process court records, payments, and documents accurately and efficiently. Our goal is to serve the public with integrity, protect the official court record, and help cases move forward without unnecessary delay.

What the Clerk's Office Does

The Clerk’s Office supports the Superior Court and serves the public by:

Filing and maintaining official Superior Court records
Collecting and managing court fees, fines, child support, restitution, and other court-ordered funds
Processing protection orders, appeals, and other court documents
Coordinating jury service
Providing public access to court records

The Clerk’s Office is a separate elected office. This helps protect fairness and public trust in the court system
