Inspections & Programs

The Grays Harbor County Fire Marshal's Office participates in the Washington State Association of Fire Marshals (WSAFM) Food Truck Inspection Program. Under this program, food truck operators may receive a discounted permit fee and have the inspection waived if they submit a current year’s WSAFM inspection checklist completed by another participating jurisdiction. A permit is generally required for each jurisdiction you operate in.

Inspections will be performed as needed after your application is complete and fees are paid. In addition to the WSAFM checklist inspection, our inspectors may conduct random drop-by inspections during events to ensure safety throughout the year.
