About Property Maps

Parcel maps are provided to help you understand property boundaries and locations in Grays Harbor County. These maps are for reference only and are not a legal survey.

The Assessor’s Office does not create or maintain property surveys.

Parcel maps are updated regularly to reflect changes such as new plats, property divisions, or boundary adjustments.


Report a Mapping Error

If you believe there is an error with a parcel map, we can review it.

To request a review:

  1. Gather any documents related to the property (deeds, plats, surveys)
  2. Bring them to the Assessor’s Office
  3. Speak with the Mapping Clerk and explain the issue
  4. Include your name and phone number with your documents

We will review the information and contact you with the results. If a correction is needed, it will be coordinated with the County’s mapping system.
