Request Superior Court Records

Access court records, case information, and hearing audio for Grays Harbor County Superior Court.

Important Note: Court Records vs Public Records

Court records are different from public records requests. Court records follow court rules (GR 31, 31.1 and 22). They do not fall under the Washington State Public Records Act RCW 42.56.

If you are looking for non-court records, please contact the County Public Records Department.

Court case documents are handled by the Clerk’s Office, located on the second floor of the courthouse. A public computer is available to search cases.

Some records, such as adoptions, are confidential and not open to the public.

Court staff can help with case status, provide access to court files (unless sealed), give copies of documents, share general information about court rules and schedules, and provide court-approved forms. However, staff cannot give legal advice, fill out forms for you, tell you what to say in court, or take sides in a case. If you need legal advice, please contact an attorney.
