The Grays Harbor County Roads Department will close Brooklyn Road on Thursday, April 23rd, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for tree removal work. The closure will occur at Mile Post 5.3 (Marker 17). Drivers should plan accordingly during this time. The county appreciates public patience with this inconvenience.
The Washington Department of Natural Resources has closed all access to Damon Point in Ocean Shores due to severe erosion and unsafe conditions. The City of Ocean Shores has posted no trespassing signs and restricted entry to protect public safety. The closure is necessary to prevent injury and reduce risk. The public is strongly urged to stay out of the area until further notice.
